At Tagima Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument's tone and playability. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Securely pack the guitar in its original factory packaging, including all protective foam, manuals, tools, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship to Tagima
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
